AKHLAQUNA Junior Award

AKHLAQUNA Junior Award

It is an award that targets ages from 7 to 14 years who carry out projects, initiatives and various contributions to the community and the school.

A generation that cherishes its values and morals, and exemplifies them in life. 

  • The candidate must be between 7-14 years old.
  • The student must be a citizen or resident of the State of Qatar.
  • The candidate must not have been issued any misconduct notice by his/her school.
  • The candidate must not have previously won the AKHLAQUNA Award and is not entitled to apply to any of the other award categories if he wins.
  • The school must attach a letter of recommendation from a committee comprising the school principal, a teacher, and the school social worker, including but not limited to details of qualities of the candidate student: Regular school attendance, Compliance with school regulations, Preservation of the public properties in the school, Commitment to the school uniform and Being a good moral role model in the school.
     
  • Round 1: The candidate must achieve the minimum requirements of the competition to be among the top three nominees (60 marks of the total score).
  • Round 2: The winner in Round 1 qualifies to a personal interview. 
  • Round 3: Passing the interview successfully. 
  • The school must complete the application form online and submit all required attachments. Paper files will not be accepted and sending a paper file will affect the students’ score negatively.
  • Evidence and documentation must be clear and specific to accurately reflect the candidate’s actual performance. They may include: 
    • Letters of recommendation by two teachers; explaining the following:
      1.    Positive acceptance of teachers' guidance.
      2.    Being a good moral role model in the classroom.
      3.    Keenness to help others.
      4.    Other good qualities of the student.
    • One or Two letters of recommendation by the student's classmates, including but not limited to:
      1.    Moral qualities of the student.
      2.    Keenness to help classmates.
      3.    Building good relationships with other students.
    • A letter of recommendation from the parent of the candidate student, including but not limited to:
      1.    The students’ good morals.
      2.    Acceptance of criticism and guidance positively.
      3.    Maintaining cleanliness and order at home.
      4.    Keenness to help others.
  • Evidence and documentation must be related to the last two years, non-inclusive of the year of submission.
  • All evidence and documents must be certified, stamped, and dated by the school administration.  
  • All attachments must be numbered according to the standard number and sequentially, ensuring that they are not repeated.
  • Unofficial documents without seals and dates will be excluded from the arbitration process.
  • Approval of activities related to the contribution to the community will be obtained from the implementing agency, not from the school administration.
  • The candidate can choose the language he/she prefers for the personal interview. 
  • In order to ease the arbitration process, it is recommended to start camera and audio if the personal interview is virtual. 
  • The data must be entered by the coordinator of the award in the school, taking into account that all letters of recommendation are to be treated with strict confidentiality.

AKHLAQUNA Youth Award

AKHLAQUNA Youth Award

It is a group that targets ages from 15 to 18 years who carry out projects, initiatives and various contributions to the community and the school.

A generation that cherishes its values and morals and exemplifies them in life. 

  • The candidate must be between 15-18 years old.
  • The student must be a citizen or resident of the State of Qatar.
  • The candidate must not have been issued any misconduct notice by his/her school.
  • The candidate must not have previously won the Akhlaquna Award and is not entitled to apply to any of the other award categories if he wins.
  • The school must attach a letter of recommendation from a committee comprising the school principal, a teacher, and the school social worker, including but not limited to details of qualities of the candidate student: Regular school attendance, Compliance with school regulations, Preservation of the public properties in the school, Commitment to the school uniform and Being a good moral role model in the school.

AKHLAQUNA Individual Contributions Award - State of Qatar

AKHLAQUNA Individual Contributions Award - Qatar

Inaugurated in 2023, the Individual Initiative Award represents a novel Category with a distinct mission to spotlight the owners of morally influential initiatives and projects that bear a positive influence on society, with a particular focus on individuals aged 19 to 45 years. This category endeavors to amplify individual endeavors that harmonize with the principles of Prophet Muhammad ethics. Moreover, it aspires to rally the community and encourage it to participate in such awards that create moral awareness and positive social movement.

  1. Enhancing moral awareness through the contribution made by the initiators 
  2. Positive impact on society by activating the role of individual initiatives in society 
  3. Motivating individuals to participate in initiatives and contributions that enhance the moral aspect. 
  4. Spreading the most important moral values presented by individuals in a positive way. 
  5. Highlighting the most significant individual projects in the State of Qatar that are related to ethics.
  6. Demonstrating the positive and effective role of individual initiatives in the Qatari society.
  7. Highlighting individual successes, the matter that constitutes positive awareness among the community 
  1. The applicant shall fall within the age bracket of 19 to 45 years old. 
  2. The contribution shall be the work of an individual, rather than any organization, company, or collective effort. 
  3. The initiative or contribution shall not be profit-oriented. 
  4. The initiative or contribution shall be connected to the promotion of morality or the dissemination of a particular ethic, and it shall be mentioned during the application process. 
  5. Nominations shall be submitted through the application link for the award.
  6. The initiative or contribution shall have been active for at least two years and shall be ongoing. 
  7. The applicant shall be either a Qatari citizen or a resident of the State of Qatar.
  8. The applicant shall not have previously received any awards from the Akhlaquna Initiative.
  9. Evidence supporting the initiative and the relevant official account shall be provided in PDF format.
  10. A copy of the ID card of the initiative account holder shall be attached.
  11. Any fraudulent activities or the use of fictitious accounts for the sole purpose of obtaining the award are strictly prohibited. 
  12. The applicant shall complete the Registration Form through the application link. 
  13. Only one contribution or initiative per applicant will be accepted.
  14. Applications that do not meet the specified requirements will not be considered. 
  1. Impact Measurement through Interaction, such as the influence on social media platforms, engagement with the target audience, or community activities. Clear evidence of this impact shall be presented.
  2. Creativity by presenting the endeavors in a unique manner. 
  3.  The ethical dimension of the initiative shall be clear, as it falls under any appropriate ethic for contribution. 
  4. Continuous commitment to contribution, without interruptions. 

The evaluation process comprises two stages: 

  • The first stage involves reviewing the submitted application form and conducting research to verify the eligibility of the individual contribution for further evaluation.

AKHLAQUNA Individual Contributions Award - Arab Gulf Countries

AKHLAQUNA Appreciation Award - GCC

The Individual Contributions Category was introduced in 2023 with the primary objective of recognizing individuals behind morally impactful initiatives and projects that have a positive influence on society. This category is specifically designed for individuals aged between 25 and 45 years old. Through this category, we aim to receive contributions from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, with a particular focus on individuals who have individual contributions related to Prophet Muhammad ethics and influential among the community. We welcome individuals with such contributions to participate and share their achievements in the State of Qatar and across all GCC countries.

  1. Fostering ethical awareness within the societies of the GCC countries. 
  2. Highlighting Gulf projects that are closely tied to ethical principles. 
  3. Motivating the Gulf community to participate in AKHLAQUNA Award. 
  4. Promoting effective communication between the State of Qatar and other GCC countries through their participation in the Award.
  5. Enhancing positive competition among contributors in the GCC.
  1. The applicant shall be between 25 and 45 years old. 
  2. Participants shall hold citizenship in one of the GCC countries, which include (the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the State of Kuwait, the Sultanate of Oman, and the United Arab Emirates.) 
  3.  The individual contribution shall primarily aim to create an impact in the country of the award applicant.
  4. The contribution shall be an individual effort and not affiliated with an organization, company, or group of individuals. 
  5. The initiative or contribution shall be related to promoting morality or spreading a specific ethic, this aspect shall be highlighted during the nomination process. 
  6. The initiative or contribution shall not have received any other awards in any of the GCC countries or globally. 
  7. The initiative or contribution shall have been active for at least 3 years and shall still be ongoing. 
  8. The initiative or contribution shall not be for profit or commercial purposes. 
  9. Nominations shall be made by contacting the relevant authority responsible for the award.
  10. Applicants shall complete the Registration Form provided by the awarding authority in their respective countries. 
  11. Each participant may submit only one initiative or contribution. 
  12. Nomination Forms shall be submitted within the specified award period, which runs from the 1st of November to the 1st of February 2024.
  13. Applications that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted.
  1. Evaluating the impact of the contribution through engagement, including the initiative’s influence on social media platforms, interaction with the target group, or involvement in community activities, supported by clear evidence. 
  2. Creativity of the initiative, considering its distinctive approach. 
  3. The determination of the ethical dimension of the initiative to ensure its alignment with relevant ethical standards for contribution. 
  4. Continuity in contributing without interruption.
